Common Sense Gun Reform
A future without gun violence
My neighbor, Eddie, was shot and killed last-night in front of his wife and 4 children. The gunman pointed a pistol to his head and pulled the trigger. I replay the conversations Eddie and I had in mind and still can’t believe he’s gone. He was murdered by someone who was deeply troubled, a lost soul exacting what he believed to be justice. There is nothing just about murdering someone in cold blood in front of his family. There will be no justice for his children who watched their father die. And still. Among such a clear need for gun reform, we do nothing. How many mass shootings will it take? How many fathers will have to murdered before anyone acts?
Enough is enough.
